INTRODUCTION TO PRANAYAMA PART I

In this intensive session, we will discuss the foundations of the anatomy of breath and learn about four-part breathing. We will learn to explore our maximum breath threshold and begin to work with ratio (the length of the breath in compared to the length of the breath out). These tools are the foundation of a Pranayama practice and are powerful tools for any Yogi to develop.
