Join 800 hrs certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher Monja Mani, based in NYC, for an uplifting 2-hour yoga workshop including Asana, Pranayama, Bhanda and Meditation.
Explore how to bring and create steadiness and lightness into the body and most importantly the mind for balance - both on and off the mat. Find your balance between effort and ease through the practices of sthira sukham asanam by Master Patanjali. Working beyond the blocks that bind us, we will find balance and learn to overcome and manage our expectations and limitations. A playful, practical and peaceful workshop. You will leave the session feeling grounded, joyful, light and at ease.

This workshop is open to mixed levels, though is not suitable for absolute beginners.

Monja's teachings are nurturing and non-competitive. Expect a workshop that is containing, energetic and challenging, yet full of ease and hopefully some laughter too. Namaste.
